What a really good service Paul provided for my 88 year old mother. After calling several plumbers on a Sunday evening who claim to Work 24/7 and telling you that they cannot come out to fix the problem after asking what the problem was. I then contacted Jim from coastal drains who had done drainage work at my mothers house, and he recommended Paul. After contacting Paul I explained to him that the leak was coming from between the skirting board and the shower and that the pipes were behind a panel. Paul said that he would be at mums house for eight thirty pm. True to his word he arrived early early and proceeded to sort the problem out. Paul was very curtious and got the problem fixed. It turned out be a dodgy connection and explained that the work had been done shoddily. Paul set about tidying up the doggy work and fixed the leak that had gone down three storeys and flooded each room it passed through. All I can say is I would not hesitate to call on Paul or recommend him to anyone that required plumbing work. Thank you Paul, it is much appreciated that you truly operate a 24/7 service that really delivers.

Called him yesterday regarding a leaking toilet. He asked if someone was in all day and said that he would call around "dinner time". We waited all day; he didn't turn up or call back!
