I want to commend Kassandra for both her professional and personal help in ordering blinds for my home. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in discussing options and processing the final order and installation. She answered very detailed questions and offered great advice. I was really impressed with her expertise and also her kind and friendly manner. I left feeling that there was a responsible agent backing my order and that she very much cared about the quality of my experience.

Most pathetic and irresponsible store. My blind installation was taken up by there vendor for measurement and installation. First they screwed up the window size measurement and after reorder and asking for exedetite, the store doesn't even respond to calls. It seems there vendor is cheating or doing something fishy.. or i can't really understand why they will do mistakes like reversing the width with length for one of the windows out of 4 windows in a row in one room. Very bad customer service. takes 30-40 mins to connect to someone in the store. Be careful when you order here.
