On this occasion Steve has installed a new immersion tank, moved our gas pipe and installed a new radiator. He then became our absolute saviour by putting himself out to seal off a newly discovered (non regulation) stop cock and fixed a leaking valve, saving us from flood damage in our home. Steve has been doing our plumbing for more than 7 years now.
