Quick, reliable and local. It's was just a service this time, but they came out a couple of years ago to fix my boiler at very short notice, which was nice cos it was very cold!

Can't fault the plumbing or the boiler. but never again trust the sales department. Only needed a boiler got a whole new plumbing system on the recommendation of the sales person who promised me it would work better than my current gravity fed system with a pump. The unvented tank he persuaded me to get is no better than the combi system that I was adament I did not want. Now they are recommending a booster pump, but I need my own resivoiur which takes up more room then my original system and of cause I would have to pay more money to them. Can I trust any further recommendation. Leartn a lesson though research myself.

They rip you off big time

Very reliable and organised, punctual, turn up when they say they will. Excellent standard of work, used many times now. A local family owned business like ourselves!
