Very impressed by the initial site survey. I had considered Biomass but it was explained my property was too small. I was reassured by the professionalism of the site surveyor who knew exactly what Air Source System would be required after careful measurement of the property. The agreed installation date was quicker than I expected. All work was completed within a 2 day timescale. The property was left in good condition and was taken care of during installation, with plastic protection put down over carpets etc. The installation was into an older rural property and the installers were able to deal with the challenges of this. A very hard working team of engineers who were pleasant to deal with. The managing Director Lachlan inspires confidence and is very reassuring. After installation there have been no problems after a week of running in and the system has balanced itself.

Extremely happy with the service by McInnes Group. Installed airsource heating for my 80-year old Mum in only a day and half. Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.
