I was recommended him and have 2 properties requiring work on bathrooms, showers, central heating fixes and new system but despite numerous attempts (4 tries) phoning, whatsapping and being promised a visit and waiting for weeks and weeks, Matthew never showed up at all even to have a look at my first job. Dont know what he has so important but seriously forgetful and unreliable just to quote.
