Do not use or maybe do not pay until ALL work is done and checked. Once paid didn't finish job. Left old exposed pipes poking up out of the floor so we couldn't get a floor laid. Didn't flush system out so filter clogged up soon as, didn't remove excess unwanted old pipes so danger of legionaries disease etc. Although he was repeatedly, and kindly, asked to come back he failed to show. Had lots of excuses - "I'll get to you you, been really busy" etc. In the end, after months, just got another plumber in to finish his work! He still hasn't got back to me as promised. My advice is to not let Simon fob you off when he says he's coming back - he ain't!

Do not use! They did not take responsibility for issues on the project and we had to battle to get the job completed after them walking off the job a number of times. Still in dispute over materials used on the job, ridiculous how 17 90deg bends can be used in a family bathroom, fraudulent or incompetent.
