Fitted bathroom 3 years ago. Cost £6000 and we've spent a small fortune since then doing repairs to their work. Even though we gave then a CAD design and a top down diagram (which they appreciated)they still managed to put the bath and units with worktop in completely the wrong place so they had to do it all again. Basic stuff that any numpty with common sense would get right such as sealing round the edge of a bath, what did they do? They used grey grout...to seal the gap between bath and tiles... which crumbled within hours... they didn't even fill the bath with water to do it... And wait till you hear how they fixed it after I complained the next day... Clear silicone... CLEAR SILICONE OVER CRUMBLED GREY GROUT FFS. We've had so many problems including flooding due to shoddy work but there's no way I'd have them back to rectify any of it, we tried that (twice) and they managed to botch that as well. If you're looking for recommendations for bathroom fitters do yourself a favour and go to your local tile/plumbing suppliers and they'll tell you who customers recommend and, more importantly who to avoid. If I'd have done this I now know I'd have been told look elsewhere.

Great job and nice guys. Ian fitted a bathroom we supplied ourselves as well as tiling and additional plumbing work. All done on time and happy with the standard of work.
