Outstanding company - fitted a new boiler for us several years ago and they continue to service it for us annually. We've found every member of staff we've dealt with there to be courteous and polite and a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and work is always carried out efficiently. Would recommend to anyone!

A great team. From initial contact to waving off the team after the job it’s been a great experience. The team at base wee very helpful in answering my endless questions and the guys who installed it were very professional, scrupulously tidy and also great fun. They worked round a couple of technical problems and delivered a first class job. Highly recommended.

My boiler packed in just as I was about to go away on holiday so I arranged for the Fires and Heating engineer to come to the flat while I was away to fit a new one. I have been a customer for a few years now and felt completely confident and happy to leave it in their capable hands. When I came back it was all done and my kitchen left clean and tidy. All the team are lovely to deal with, professional but also polite, friendly and helpful, which for me is an important part of getting any work done in my home. Great service from this company, they go out of their way to do an excellent job every time. From the lovely helpful ladies in the office right through to tidying up after the job.
