Although they claim to be open 24/7, if you call after hours you'll go to the dark abyss of an answering service and never hear anything back. I called for a sewer backup into my garage at 11:30 pm last night and was told I'd get a call back shortly. I finally called back at 12:30 am and got the same answering service who didn't know why I hadn't yet been contacted. I ended up calling another plumber. This company never cared to return my call.

I had Anthony at In and Out Plumbing perform work at my rental units and for a client recently. I found him and his staff to be very knowledgeable and they performed the work quickly and within my budget. Would use them again.
