Last week at our bungalow in Kirby Cross, they removed and installed a complete central heating system. From first contact to completion both Jamie & Matt were punctual, very polite, totally professional, informative and extremely hard working. Not the cheapest but in truth you get what you pay for. They both worked from 8am till 8am for four continuous days to get the job done with the least disruption to the household. The standard of the workmanship and attention to detail is amongst the best we have ever seen. We could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you both very much. Neil & Joan
What a fantastic company smartgas are they truly are the best around. We,ve had dealings with lots of the local plumbers in Clacton on sea and frinton on sea over the years and have had lots of trouble with our many boilers in our rental properties and Jamie and matt are by far the best we,ve come by. There presented well, very professional, really know there job when it comes to boiler installations and there knowledge of faults on boilers is endless. There prices are fair also and always keep in contact with times and dates of appointments. I would highly recommend smartgas to all my friends and family for any gas/plumbing jobs and I certainly wont be going anywhere else for all my properties
Fantastic company, who get the job done. I had a leak from a radiator in the middle of the night. Found this company online and noticed they offered a 24hr call out and true to their word was there within no time. Thankfully no major damage but just glad I was able to have someone out to save having to wait till the morning. Thank you Smartgas and keep up the great work.
On moving home found that boiler and immersion were condemned by BGas so no heat or water on first day. We were advised that Smartgas could help. We rang them and that evening they came, looked at the problem and gave us a quote and time to fit within a couple of days. This was in middle of December and we were freezing! They promptly came and installed within those couple of days. They also found a fault on the electrical supply to the boiler and sorted this as part of the job. Their workmanship was excellent. We now have new boiler, immersion and a fully power flushed system and can't thank them enough for the quality of the work they've provided. We had a minor issue with the new boiler and even though it was new years eve, they took our call and turned up promptly next day later to just check it was all OK, which thankfully it was. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Hi , by chance, I was introduced to smart gas Essex . I needed 3 radiators and other work done . I listened to a friends recommendation and hired them . Their work was excellent all round . Their prices weren’t the cheapest but we’re competitive I must say that I’m glad I heard of smart gas Essex and I could not recommend a plumbing and heating company more highly 2 very sincere young fellows , honest , friendly,clean and hard working Actually a 10 out of 10 job done
