Numerous calls to get him to come out. When he makes an appointment he doesn't turn up. When he does he does a quick check and tells you the problem and promises to get back with a price. Surprise he doesn't get back. More calls which are never returned. Finally get a price and make an appointment to get it fixed. Supprise he doesn't turn up. More calls to chase no luck. Fixed now by proper and reliable engineer

Did a fantastic job of installing a new boiler 3 years ago. The boiler started to make some interesting noises so I thought that I would book a service / check up. Despite making 2 appointments no one showed up. The second time I was told that he would be with me within 20 minutes and still didn't show up! I can understand that life happens and work can take longer than expected but not having the common decency to make a quick call to let you know is appalling.

Great service from owner lady in office to fitter had a new Wooster boiler fitted good price well fitted and all staff very helpful.would highly recommend thank you all at boilerman Clacton
