Terry installed a replacement pump for me that I had purchased from a website. Terry was friendly, punctual, very knowledgeable, and professional. Terry had to visit 3 times as wrong fittings were sent by the pump’s manufacturer, despite this not being Terry’s fault he kept to his original quote. I was more than happy with Terry’s work and would certainly use him again.

Really helpful over the phone for an emergency, was at the property within half an hour, found the problem immediately and fixed quickly with quality job. Have saved the contact details as I will always use this plumber now

We had a problem with our toilet that wouldn't flush and contacted Terry who came out the next day. He was very friendly and courteous. There was an issue with the cistern bolts as they had rusted up and were impossible to undo but Terry went above and beyond and put a great deal of effort into removing them so that we wouldn't need to pay to replace the entire toilet. Once the parts were replaced, he made sure that everything was working and there were no leaks. Overall he was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.
