I had a problem with my gas (late on a Friday) and Simon arrived Friday evening and again on Saturday, and worked hard to rectify the problem, without fuss. Hi Krystian, thank you for your feedback. We attended to 1 Bringhurst, it came through to us as a no hot water, on attending we found that the boiler was functioning. We were told by yourself that you had just had a substantial amount of work carried out by a third party plumber and had not paid him for his work. You had a new pump and full controls pack fitted and at the point of telling us you had not paid for it, you just laughed. At this point I felt that I could not proceed with any work for yourself, sorry if this has left you feeling annoyed.
