Absolutely 5 star service. My 90 year old Nan called me confused and distressed about her boiler on a Friday eve. I don't live near. Called Mayfair and they were there within the hour, were extremely caring and helpful and sorted everything for her. So kind and reassuring. Really went the extra mile. Lisa, Wirral.
