Called at 9 and girl on phone very pleasant. They were at house within 1 hour and the guy that came out called Geard I think , was the most helpful guy with great knowledge and friendly banter. What ever you are paying him yous need to increase it as he adds massive value to your company. Highly recommend this company.

Charged £100 (which I foolishly paid) to diagnose the blocked drain was on the Main Street (and backed up to my house) was out of their jurisdiction! Note: save yourself money and report drainage problems at the nidirect.gov.uk website.
