James was out at our house within an hour of my contacting him. He had a mystery leak coming from the bathroom through the hall ceiling fixed very quickly and all for a very good price. He also was able to recommend a local plasterer to fix the damage the leak had caused to the ceiling. I will be using this service again and highly recommend it to others.
