My water heater didn’t work and I thought it will take many days until a technician will arrive to fix it. Luckily I called Santa Ana Plumbers, that sent out a technician less than an hour after my call! Did a very good work.
Worst customer service I have ever experience. When asked how their day was going the person that answered sounded confused and was hesitant with his answer. As soon as i heard the hesitation I knew that this was not going to be a good conversation. I then explained the reason for my call and the answer I received blew me away. They let me know they were not interested. I am not sure how they get any business when they turn jobs down. The only reason I am placing a star is because without the review will not post.
