Jc Williamson plumbing heating & property maintenance

Job was to remove kitchen sink and put in a new one. Price quoted was £100. Came and removed sink and advised would be back the day after to fit the new one. Didn't turn up the day after as was too busy. Turned up the day after and fitted sink. Left mess all over the floor and an invoice for £150. Justified price rise as couldn't find instructions to fit plumbing and put valves on. Informed him that we were not completely happy with the job as he had left pencil lines on wood worktop and the sink did not sit flush in the worktop meaning it would eventually rot the wood. Said he would get the police if we did not transfer the money and come and rip the sink out. Then slammed the phone down. Proceeded to send text messages that did not match what was said on the phone. We transferred the money to get rid of him. Unreliable and volatile with price increases wouldn't use again.
