Let down by another plumber for a new boiler 2 days before I was due to have my baby, one phone call to Paul and he was round our house within a matter of hours giving us a quote. He did the full thing all whilst I was in hospital and made sure it was all completely ready for when I returned home. No mess either, excellent communication. Can't recommend enough he's lovely!
