AVOID! not nice guy! when he damages your items and starts giving you bad attitude it’s not acceptable. Was extremely rude and kept asking in bad mood what we want doing, said he was in a rush and started saying we created a fault and called him out for service and should have been straight with him. Said he’s expert so leave it to and we arnt experts. Had to explain to him that if we were experts we wouldn’t call him out, nor would we call him out for service if we could do service and how would we know if there was a fault . Asian guy with very limited English and extremely rude arrogant manner. He will damage your items as he doesn’t know what he’s doing and then give you bad attitude.
