John has helped us a half a dozen times these past 15 or so years. What a great personality!! Excellent worfkmanship, knowledgeable, kind and considerate, Honesty is a given, and no doubt a halmark of his business. if you are into being blessed with truely quality neighbors, who can help out in your time of need, then do put Mr. John Nakagaki and his company: "Nak for Plumbing" in your file of a quality, reliable resource. My wife mentioned that she was, (as usual) very much impressed with the cost of his service. John had solid advice, and some natural, environmentally friendly drain cleaner which he sold me for less then the cost at Home Depot. How good is that!

John did a great job fixing a leak right before water shutoff to the house. The old existing pipe and taps needed to be replaced which was not an easy job but John accomplished it in record time with quality materials.

John is a highly knowledgeable plumber who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was completely transparent, and provided us fair and honest information, even going above and beyond by providing us advice outside his scope of work. John, Kaiko and team were also very responsive and helpful, even for an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. The Nak team was excellent and able to solve all our issues quickly. We will definitely return to John and the Nak for Plumbing team for future services.

I had a water leak that was inside the walls of my laundry room, and located behind my water heater. As a result, the water heater needed to be dismantled, or relocated during the construction period over several days, to allow sufficient time to inspect, correct the problem, and dry out the existing structure, before the water heater could be returned to its original location. John at NAK plumbing was able to quickly recognize what needed to be done in order for my family to continue to live in our home during the construction period, and not only recommended, but also made the needed temporary changes for my families comfort and convenience! The quality of his and his team's work is EXCELLENT! He and his team are highly skilled, honest, trustworthy, neat and clean, and does not cut corners. I would highly recommend NAK plumbing for any plumbing need.
