Contacted this plumber several times 're a landlords gas safe certficate October 2018 and booked a service and Gas Safe certificate to be carried out in plenty of time before expiry due November 2018. He promised to do it on time before expiry. Very dissappointed to find that he never made contact with my tenant as promised or myself regardless of reminders to him. Last message to check if he'd done the job and overlooked invoicing me he said he'd not done it and he was off to Spain! Wasn't until I said I'd have to now find someone else more reliable did I get a 'sorry' by text from him. Now looking for a good reliable Gas Safe engineer to pick this up and carry out this job soon that is now 2 months overdue dye to this plumbers unreliability. Extremely Disappointed!!

He arrived through the snowblizzard tonight like a knight in shining armour, and got us some heat in our house!!! Its -8 here and several inches of snow have fallen in a few hours, the roads are nearly impassable and our problem seems to be a little condensation in the fuel tank freezing in the filter/pipes (plus it needs a damn good service lol) He stayed until it was running as well as he could get it to (needs to come back tomorrow to fully clear the pipe/oil pump etc ) but even though the snow is still falling and he has to drive back down those awful roads, he stayed until he could do no more!! We are so impressed with him and will ALWAYS USE THIS FIRM IN FUTURE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS A HUMAN BEING AND CENTRAL HEATING ENGINEER. THANK YOU!!!!
