Great job! Good price and very clean and tidy which makes a change. Used James twice now.

Fantastic plumber, came out very swiftly when we had an unstoppable leak from 1st floor radiator. This was causing water to drip through dining room underneath and plaster damage, so was a bit of a nightmare! James arrived within an hour and solved the issue temporarily then returned the following day to make a permanent fix. Couldn't be happier, especially with the response time and his customer service, explained what had caused it and best way to fix alleviating the stress as I understand what to do in future. Would definitely recommend.

Arranged a date and time a week in advance sat in waiting and he didn't show up. Not very professional to not have the decency to let me know he wasn't coming. Would not recommend.

The response from owner to my review is an absolute lie. There were no phone calls or text messages stating he was in the area and needed assistance. Correct details were given, the property is not unregistered. I understand businesses use time and fuel to attend properties. My time is also precious. It would have cost nothing for him to give me a call to let me know he wasnt coming. In response to my review I received the attached message from him telling me to grow up. Just accept the review which was a true reflection of my experience of the company which is what reviews are for.
