James was quick to respond to my request for a quotation. Price and equipment was agreed. The guys turned up when they were supposed to, the job took as long as was originally quoted. No hidden extras. Very polite and courteous team who went out of their way to respect our property. Everything was double checked with us before fixing etc. Good clear explanation of how the system worked, they left the house nice and tidy. Absolutely top job.

Thermacool were recommended to me by my brother who was pleased with their work. I am also very pleased with their work. They have installed 5 indoor a/c units and an outdoor unit. The indoor units look great. Communication with James was good. His team were polite and professional and turned up when expected. Their work was neat and they left my home tidy. I am happy that I chose Thermacool and would use them again in the future.

They treated it with respect and went to great efforts to minimise dust and disruption. When they left each evening everything was left neat, tidy and clean.
