Called because of leaking sink. Got told a plumber will be in touch soon. Hours later a plumber called to tell me he doesn't cover the area and I will be called back by someone else. Hours later, nobody called back. Not impressed. Edit: Someone reached out to me saying they had the wrong number and didn't realise until later, but offered to come by and fix within the hour.
What a great service you guys have provided. Called around 9AM for boiler installation and Jason was here within 10AM. Even though he could not finish the work same day which was not his fault but I appriciate the response time.
