Jay refurbished our bathroom, installing a new basin and WC (with vanity unit), new taps and shower mixer, and a new bath panel. He was professional and communicative throughout, and made several constructive suggestions as to how we could improve the look of the bathroom, and fix some issues. He also took it onto himself to organise a new bath panel when the panel we ordered arrived damaged. He left the place clean and tidy and it looks great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and/or JR Plumbing for any similar jobs. A first class service.

Boiler broke on Wednesday, JR Plumbing popped round on the same day, provide clear and honest advise. Came back round to fit and install a new boiler on the Thursday even fixed a broken tap without asking. greater service, greater advise will use again.
