Great company, fast and reliable service!

I've used this company several times over many years for both routine maintenance and for problems, and I'm impressed with the speed of service and the charges but also what means so much is the friendliness of the phone staff and the engineers, the trouble they take to arrange a time to suit me and the time taken by the plumber/gas engineer to explain what they are doing when they are repairing the problem. I did have a "blip" in their service this week (the first) and when I queried this about midday today I had an immediate response and they managed to obtain an engineer so all was completed within 2 hours. Excellent work team! 5star review earned. Thank you.

Ignite installed a combi boiler and removed my old back boiler system. Very tidy workmanship, dust sheets laid down. Pipework nice and neat. 3 lads sorted the job in a couple of days. All up and running. Would recommend.

The worst company ever!!! After several attempts and expensive call outs, they couldn’t fix a simple leak. Eventually their employees got so frustrated, they lied and said the leak was dry! We soon realised that the company tradesmen were unskilled and apart from siliconing the bath seal, weren’t capable of much else. A different company we’re called out, and like a team of professionals, they sorted it within 2 visits. Avoid them!

I paid their bill but won't be using them again
