I called because of multiple sinks backing up at my business and had a talented plumber there within a couple hours. Tyler was prompt and professional, and he did a great job! By the time he left our drains were working perfectly and the place was cleaner than when he arrived. Prices were clearly explained and very reasonable. I will definitely use Thousand Oaks Plumbing in the future!

At my office we needed a plumber to fix a running toilet, I contacted Thousand Oaks plumbing via online chat, I was able to schedule an appointment so quick and easily that way without having to pick up the phone. Once Brad arrived on our scheduled day and time, he knew what our issue was right away, he had to order a part and let us know they would contact us once it came in. It literally came in the same day and he was back out to us that afternoon and took care of our toilet. I am so impressed by their attentiveness and the fact that he tried to get it all finished before 5pm was very impressive and kind on his part. Brian came to help us out today. He found the issue and fixed it so quickly, and he took the extra step to clean up the water that had spilled into our garage. The customer service was great. They told us he'd be here between 8-10, and he came at 7:45! Thousand Oaks Plumbing is great!
