Unfortunately a very bad experience. 3 separate engineers had to be sent to fix one pump! Had to notify the engineer that water was pouring through our ceiling and onto the floor below, which continue leaking for 20 minutes! Not what you would expect from a simple replacement. Very polite young man sent round, shame i couldn't say the same for the office staff. Would recommend avoiding at all costs! Very disappointing service.
