I called before opening time and they called me back on noticing a missed call. Though not an emergency, a plumber attended promptly and the advice and help I got saved a huge outlay. Boiler cleaned, serviced and tested within a few hours. The Good Guys - and Girls.

Excellent service! Jag came straight over on the day I made an enquiry, very knowledgable yet gave us lots of options. We confirmed the booking as we had been without heating for a week and he managed to make a few calls for extra help and to check stock and him and his team came over the next day and fitted. Really chuffed with the workmanship and service

Had them round to sort my boiler which had gone out. Was told new parts couldn't be got from their preferred supplier because of it's age. Had them fitted later by someone else! The guy mentioned fitting a whole new system as he got out of his van even before he lit it.

Used them for a service. Very efficient and helpful.

Unhappy with service. An engineer visited to conduct a gas safety record- after leaving we noticed the control panel flap was bent from the engineer being too heavy handed!! We contacted the company and they would not accept responsibility and said we were lying. We are now "blacklisted"- unsatisfactory customer service from a very unhelpful and rude company.
