From the moment I called Garza Plumbing & Building my entire experience was nothing but honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and was above and beyond my expectations. I had a broken water pipe somewhere in the house all I know is everything was flooding!!! I called and the office staff was nothing but kind to calm my nerves and direct me what I needed to do. I called my homeowners insurance and they informed me that they would only cover my damages using a licensed and bonded company to repair my plumbing issues and damages. Thank goodness I didn't just use a handyman to cut corners I would've been stuck with bill!!! Garza Co with a crew showed up looking nothing but professional and ready to go. Mr. Garza explained to me what needed to be done. My home was a disaster at 8am and I saw a miracle by 4pm! These guys were detail oriented, they were even meticulous about cleaning and sweeping the areas where they were working!!!! I was so happy and pleased no wonder these guys are trusted by the community for over 45yrs!!! I will use them for any problem that arises in the future. We are thinking about remolding a bathroom and I know who I will call.

They came out to my parents house right away but holy hell 125 dollar service call and all it was to light the damn Pilot light! I guess it's my fault for being dumb and not knowing how to light it.
