So pleased with the professional service we received. They designed and fitted our old bathroom into an amazing contemporary shower room. They also recommend a new hot water tank as we live in an apartment in a grade2 listed old house and the hot water just about trickled out. It’s now incredible. They sent Chris to fix my plumbing, what a lad! He had great banter and knew exactly how to sort my pipes out. He was pretty exhausted after all the spannering, but left everything clean and tidy. Would call again

Excellent service came out the next day after our boiler stopped working the night before. Nicholas explained everything he did and was very professional such a great plumber! Nothing was too much trouble for him as I also asked him about our bathroom towel rail which runs on oil & electric he was so kind & took the time to tell me how to turn valves off when running in the summer on electric. We recently had an extension so our builder used his own plumber who didn't explain anything. West country plumbing and heating are the best!!!
