Fantastic overall service, great products @ excellent prices. Staff very professional, helpful & knowledgeable - 'Bow' - thank you for all your help & advice yesterday -really appreciated. Installed my new Grundfos C/H Pump today & my Central Heating system is now back up & running great...!

They do not return goods even if it does not work. I purchased thermostat and returned it next day as it did not work after installation. They kept it for 4 days and told me they are not able get response from Vaillant and can cannot return it. I had to bring my thermostat back. They were generally rude as if doing some favour for letting me walk in to the store.

Good stock on the shelfs they have it all. When ever you need plumbing or heating materials!

The heater we have received was full of spots and marks, no idea how someone could sent product in that poor quality to the customer!! Still they didn't accept our return request!! Rude and awful staff (especially a lady named Tracy!! totally unprofessional!! She didn't bother to give me a call back as promised!!) I called up about a damage product , no one cared about my issues !! I will be never use their service again... Staff was unable to refund me or come to some agreement!! Is that hard it to take responsibility for your bad services??!! especially after a few years of cooperation??!! I will be telling friends, family, customers etc. to definitely avoid your company!! I never got my issue resolved. Terrible experience!
