I am a returning customer of FD Plumbing & Heating having used them twice - once in an emergency and second to undertake some maintenance on our toilet cisterns and advise about a couple of other small plumbing issues. They provide a really good service. Dmitriy has been an excellent professional on both occasions he came to my place. He has a tremendous can-do attitude, is very friendly and exceedingly polite. I had a lot of confidence in his professionalism and manner which is why I turned to FD again. He was also very tidy. After years of feeling underwhelmed by the level of service you often receive in London, I am very pleased to be able to give a really positive recommendation.

Seriously impressed with this 'good find' company! Have had an issue with the down pipes on the exterior of our restaurant (3-4 floors) which has been pretty tricky to repair with very limited access to it. Found FD Plumbing through a Google search, called Fabio to discuss my issue, he felt they could certainly find a way of resolving . Engineer scheduled foe a few days later - and problem solved! Dmitri was the technician who attended and he was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough with a 'nothing-is-a-problem' attitude. I was very happy with this service. We had an issue with our hot water tank system. The engineer from FD was available the next day, showed up on time, and assessed the problem quickly and accurately. Our hot water is now running perfectly. I will use them again.
