Found them as an authorized Noritz servicer when our tankless unit started shutting down with a leak error. Sent an email with the troubleshooting and observations I'd made and got a response back that "the part" would be covered under warrantee and they'd be able to replace it in a few days. Part arrived, and sure enough, it was the problem. The fact he was able to diagnose over the phone was impressive, and he clearly knows his trade. Took a little over an hour total and he gave us a discount on descaling the heat exchanged (I requested...he didn't push it). Defnitely deserves 5 stars

We decided to have a tankless water heater after our 12 year old tank water heater started leaking.Our search resulted in two top brands, Noritz and Rinnai. We contacted both companies and asked for their recommendations on contractors in our area. They both recommended an authorized dealer Just Tankless. We called Just Tankless and another company for an estimate. The other plumbing company came and gave us a reasonable estimate but was also trying to sell us water conditioning system that we didn't want. So we decided to call Just Tankless. They gave us a quick estimate based on a few questions over the phone and it was quiet a bit less expensive and they give us choice of brands too. We decided to go with Noritz. Just Tankless came the next day and did a great job. They were very professional and gave us an annual service for free. I highly recommend Just Tankless .

Our tank water heater started to leak, and we researched for a tankless water heater. We found Rinnai to be highly rated. We requested an estimate from Rinnai's website, and out of 3 companies Just Tankless was the most reasonably priced. I liked that they are specialized in Tankless water heaters and not just a plumming company like the other 2. We decided to go with the high end model, and took the recommendation we got from Just Tankless. The installation and service was excellent. We are very happy with the performance of our new heater. Just tankless offered us a free maintenance service in 12 months as well. We highly recommend this company!

I have a 4 year old water heater installed and contemplating on whether having a tankless water heater will be benifitial. A service guy came out to chat with me for less than 20 mins and he insisted on charging $160 for "service call". *** The fact that he claimed and suggested that a water heater is only good for 5-6 years is just mind boggling. He stated that's why water heater companies extend the warranty. He also claimed the draining of water tank once a year does not help solve the sediment issue. This is clearly a sale oriented strategy. He's just pushing to sell the new product and service while I'm looking for a solution. In the meantime I got calls from other retailers from Rinnai website. Not a single company mentioned about this "service call" fee and they seemingly suggest that I get more than one company to check out and make comparison. Not the kind of service company I'd ever use again.
