The Polk crew answered their phones and were able to come out on short notice -- Neither of which were true of several other companies I contacted. Once they were on site, they quickly identified the source of our leak on the second floor and took care of it. Polk Plumbing contacted us quickly, arrived on time and provided excellent service. That earns a 5-star rating from me!
I called them in the morning about a leaky showerhead. They came right over and look at it. A few hours later it was fixed. They are great. Thank you so much.
Called this morning about a leak we had under our sink. They came that same day to remove the damaged pipe. We're very impressed by the work, cost and the time. If we have anymore plumbing problems they will be the ones we will call.
