When i was away my lodger called these guys from yell. More than likely they have a free phone as he is not paying the bill he just called them. They charged £160 for a job a local plumber would have done it less than halve of the price. Their engineer could not even get the address right on the receipt. These guys are charging £148 an hour apparently. Rip off prices . Stay away. I would definitely use them again. Stay local. Use your local plumber.
