Terrible pre-sales service - Turned up over an hour late for site meeting to discuss requirements, and was advised quotes (2 jobs) would be out within a week. Chased after 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months. Got a quote for only one job which was extortionate. Chased 2nd quote again and had excuses and promise of being called back - no call back came. I wish I could rate their service, but since they never quoted, I only have my experience, hopefully their plumbing work is not as shabby as pre-sales

Poor experience. Engineer turned up 2 hours late. Sat in van for 10 minutes then drove off elsewhere. When he did eventually return 45 min later he was told not to bother, we will find a reliable firm.

Superb! Very fast response with an emergency call out.. arrived within 10 minutes ???????? Very good
