Mini heat have undertaken lots of work for me over the last 10 years both at home and at my business. I've always found them to be honest, good communicators and helpful. They've helped me out at fairly short notice many times.
This firm is awful. I found a broken standard lamp in my lounge after their visit. It had been knocked over and damaged. The engineer denied it was him. Last week the engineer failed to attend. I had returned home and waited all afternoon. When I spoke to the receptionist she told me that the engineer had called in sick that morning. She then told me off for complaining that I had not been told earlier.
