Had my washing machine plumbed in and paid £60 cash. Second time using it on a longer program, water appeared on my floor coming from back. I messaged straight away and asked them to come back and take a look but was told they would not be coming back and to find someone else. Unacceptable and a waste of £60 which by rights should be returned as job not completed. Very bad service.

Excellent highly recommend installed a new boiler which is working perfectly. Such a relief after years of problems with a 7 year old boiler. Many thanks.
