Totally Unreliable Didn't turn up on time for appointment to check what work was required and didn't tell us he would be late. After checking what work was needed, promised to get back to us with prices by lunchtime the next day. Never got in touch. Chased him 4 times and every time he was "busy on a job but will call you within an hour". Not one call materialised. In the end got fed up of waiting and got somebody else to do the work.
