I recently had the chance to work with Empire Leak Detection. They removed the walls of my shower and fixed a leak in the drain and then they re-installed the shower walls. The plumber did good work and was very timely with the project. He was also very clear with the issues and the repairs that he was going to make. During the process I was also able to work with the owners of Empire Leak Detection and they were very clear and transparent on the work they were able to provide. I felt like the price was fair for the service provided as well. People like to be treated with respect, fairness and professionalism. They definitely did that! I would recommend anyone use Empire Leak Detection for their plumbing needs as they do a great job and provide excellent customer service.

I am very satisfied with the Empire Leak Detection service! Seriously, they are true professionals. Last weekend I had a family reunion in my house; family members came from all over the country, so you can imagine that it was a very big party, full of food, music and, finally, chaos. At the end of the day, there was so much food and dishes accumulated in the sink, that washing them was an odyssey. I didn’t imagine that the food residue would cover the pipe, but suddenly the water stopped going down and soon the whole sink was flooded. There was still a lot to wash and the dirty dishes kept coming! I couldn’t enjoy our party because the kitchen was a mess. I called the plumbing service Empire Leak Detection and they literally saved my weekend. They were very friendly, quick, clean and professional. What else can I say? I love the way they did their job. They are the best, so I will recommend them again and again!

Empire Leak Detection company is the best! Matt was great! He was very descriptive in how he located the leak. What I liked best was he explained everything as well as giving me knowledgeable about how to detect a leak and what to do next time. A repair I expected to cost thousands of $$$ only cost me about $300.Thank you very much Empire Leak Detection company and Matt!!! You are the bomb! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family! And if I will have any problems with leaks in future I know who to call! They know their business and now I am sure in it!

I had a drainage plug up and 2 of my toilets would overflow when I flushed. I called another plumbing company first and they were pleasant but thought the job was too hard and ask me to look someone else since they thought there snake was too short. I called Empire Leak Detection and Duncan said he would be here in an hour and sure enough he was here in an hour. I told him the situation he look around and said that he would have snake it in the toilet and would have to remove the toilet and snake it from there. I was really busy and couldn't watch him because I have a home business so I left him on his on to do the work while I worked. After about an hour the job was done and thinking that it was going to kind of messy since your dealing with sewer waters, removing toilets and tools. Duncan not only fixed the problem but my bathroom was clean as I left it. I thought the price was reasonable for what he had to do. I know everyone want a good price but for what he did the service made up for anyone being cheaper. I would recommend Empire Leak Detection

Let me just tell you, in a time when customer service has almost disappeared, Empire Leak Detection company is a breath of fresh air. I spoke to Andy over the phone and he was probably one of the most helpful people ever. He explained everything over the phone extremely well and even helped me try to trouble shoot my possible leak right over the phone. It was so nice to experience someone who actually cares about there job and the people they service. As of know I do not need there services, but let me tell you if I do there will be only one company I call and this one is Empire Leak Detection company. Highly recommend!
