Called Charlie up to help me with my boiler. He could have easily charged me with a callout, but instead, advised me to call Worcester Bosch as I may still be under warrantee (which I am), as they could fix it for free. Really says a lot that he was willing to give his time and advise me like that on the phone. Much appreciated.

Charlie was brilliant. Came to our property and like other comments, was fair on price. His knowledge is fantastic and he’s clearly an expert in his field. Made all three emergency repairs in less than an hour.....just good to know there’s still great people out there!

The corner joint on a pipe in our roof suddenly broke and we had water pouring into our bedroom. Charlie came to fix the problem quickly even though it was late in the evening and his charges were very fair. We will definitely use Ashtead Plumbing again.
