Matt came highly recommended by a colleague. He is courteous and works incredibly hard. His estimate of time scale of the job was exact and his communication from the quote to finishing was excellent. Considering the work that had to be done you really wouldn't know he had been there. No mess and no dust and all the old materials were removed. We are overjoyed with the job and really do recommend Matt to others. Very pleased with the service i got from Nicholls Plumbing and Heating Services. He came out first on a Saturday to fix a sudden leak in my kitchen even though it was his day off. i was very grateful for that. He has just installed a new boiler for me as mine was about 20 years old. He also moved it from the kitchen into my outhouse. i was very pleased with the standard of work. He's very professional and obviously takes pride in his standard of work. i was able to leave him to it and go to work all day and when i came home it was all done and everywhere was nice and tidy. He came back the next day to finish the job and to take the old boiler and all the rubbish away and once again everywhere was nice and tidy. He also set the thermostat on the new boiler up with all the timings i required. i can definitely recommend him and happy to give him 5 stars.

Matt communicated with me very well either by phone or text prior to doing the job. Arrived when he said he would, very courteous at all times, clean and tidy and worked very hard ALL day and has done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him to anyone ????

Discovered a leak coming through a ceiling at the weekend. Matt responded quickly to my initial call, providing clear advice over the phone and then came out to fix the problem at the agreed time Always difficult to know how to find someone in an emergency and really appreciated the service Matt provided. Would definitely recommend and will use Matt for all things plumbing going forward
