Had a burst outdoor pipe.Having been messed about by a different plumber who didn't come as promised or return my calls it wad Sean Jones to the rescue. Friendly,reliable,efficient and good value I would recommend him highly and certainly use him again. What was particularly good was that even though he was very busy he quickly fitted me in which was most appreciated.
Had Sean's deatails from yellow pages , my 82 yr old aunty could not get her radiators to come on He said he would attend at her home address that day , he failed to show up. 22nd November . The carer stayed on two hours waiting for him so she had to be paid , i was out of town so could not attend He did attend the following day and managed to put the heating on but said it needed a new part Im told he was there for about an hour He has been this morning for an hour and 10 mins to fit a Motorised Valve ..cost of part £89 BUT Total bill **********£369. 00 . HE CHARGED MY ELDERLY AUNTY AN EMERGENCY CALL OUT EVEN WHEN HE FAILED TO SHOW UP , so he had not treated it as an emergency . I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER THE BELOW RESPONSE MEANS YOU CHARGE 140 AN HOUR IF YOU CLASS IT AS AN EMERGENCY IE NOT SCHEDULED BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE FUEL i DEGANWY TO OLD COLWYN AND RETURN FOR 2 JOURNEYS IS 28 MILES , YOUR PART YOU SAY PUT U OUT 22 MILES , ANOTHER REASON NOT TO BOOK YOU THE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE clearly COVER YOUR CHRISTMAS
Excellent plumber - friendly, reliable and good at his job. We had a leak and despite it being the weekend Sean Jones arrived within an hour of our phone call, fixed the problem and even offered us a dehumidifier to dry the place out without us asking. The next time we called him out when the flush broke on the toilet and we had guests staying in our cottage. He agreed to be at the cottage within an hour and I could confidently tell my guests that the problem would be fixed ASAP, which of course it was. A thoroughly nice chap. Does an excellent job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
