I will start by saying that Conwy Trading Standards advised us to leave this review. Ocean Blue were asked by another firm to rectify their defective installation of our bathroom. Gareth was paid £850 in cash for a day and a bit labour only. Following his work we were left with a leak for 5 months. He was not interested in rectifying the problem, messages were ignored and he told me he would have to charge more if he returned. The finish on the bathroom is shoddy and the problem is ongoing. I have now received a text message threatening legal action for “slander” however I have kept all photo evidence and screenshots - I am not and never have been a liar but would not wish anyone else to be put in this position. He was paid to rectify the problem, not leave us with water pouring through the ceiling and I am quite frankly astounded that he doesn’t seem to understand this.
