I bought a $180.00 Toliet there and the bowl wouldn’t hold water. Called GNG back and told them and they told me to bring tank back. I did not think that was problem but I did it anyway. I took the tank back to house and put it on. Then the cheap replacement tank started leaking and bowl still wouldn’t hold water. They sent A guy out to snake the toilet an left. They told me that they would come replace toilet and give me 25 dollars off of the $200 service bill. Told me to pull it up and bring it for a replacement. I told them I would pull it up but I wanted my money back. I took it back and got my money. Might as well go to a big box store and save money on purchase because service after sell at GNG is bad.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN ORANGE BEACH. HAD THEM OUT TO INSTALL A NEW FIXTURE A WEEK LATER THE UNIT WAS LOOSE, I ASKED THEM TO COME BACK TO FIX ,THEY WERE RUDE AND BLAMED US FOR THE PROBLEM. WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO COME OUT AND FIX WHAT I PAID THEM TO DO.. THEY WOULD NOT WARRANTY THERE OWN SERVICE CALL 7 DAYS LATER... WILL NEVER USE AGAIN..

They performed a grinder pump clean out for me the same day I called. The tech was armed with all the right equipmemt and knowledge.You might expect that, right? The 5 stars is for the attitude and professionalism of the technician, Levi. What a great guy! Thanks GNG!
