Excellent and quick service.Had welsh guy out a few times now and he is very conscientious as well as knowledgable.

Recently moved house and had BR Gas fit a new sink/tap in the kitchen. Job was completed without any hassle and works perfectly. They also visited my gran and she couldn't speak highly enough of them. Very professional

Any positive reviews of this company are fake!!! I agree with the other reviewer, the plumbers are total clowns, probably not even legit!. Absolutely clueless time wasters, who turn up late, lie, you'll not get a call out after 3pm coz they're probably off to the pub. Service is a joke.

Disappointed to see this review. Peter is a valued tenant of Homes in Focus and BR Gas is a very highly rated and competent company that is our preferred gas engineer/ plumbing company. This boiler issue has been particularly difficult to deal with, and, unfortunately, as sometimes happens with complex appliances, it has had to be a trial and error situation. I am disappointed to see that our tenant has left such a negative review of a company that we respect, and that we have instructed. I have personally left them a key to my own house and let them deal with any issue that there has been at my own property. I would ask that Peter Ward's review is looked at with a view that this is a one off case that has been exceptionally difficult. I am more than happy with all the work that BR Gas has done for me and my company for many years and will continue to use them without hesitation.

Br gas Cowdenbeath kwik to respond but absolutely hopeless. Had leaky boiler and constantly losing pressure.So far,5 visits,2 replacement parts, no improvement as yet. Now been informed I need 3rd replacement part but surprise surprise, wrong part arrived. Because of pressure loss I am coming from work to a cold house as timer wont kick in. My job requires me to work 3° temperature, coming home cold and wet I need to be warm. I now have to wait over the weekend in cold for 6th repair. Further to this, my shower has developed fluctuating temperatures while in it. Plumber maintains its ok. Only things this mob have missing is horses and stetsons. Avoid. Get engineers elsewhere that KNOW their doing. Progress report ZERO. Had engineer No.7 attend on Monday. Repaired leak and left. Surprise surprise, another leak and constant pressure loss. New part meant to be fitted Wednesday, no show and no comms after waiting all afternoon. Today, Thursday, 2 plumbers turn up to fix shower temperature ( 4th time) What a joke, shower is cooler now than when they started. I think these clowns are really joiners that have picked up the wrong tool bag and are wanna be plumbers. Because I am a private tenant, I have no say who the landlord sends in. Unacceptable. Please please please call someone else to fix you
