When my combi boiler broke down, I needed someone to replace it urgently. Scott has responded promptly to my e-mail and managed to carry out the service quickly and most efficiently. Also, his price was most competitive. I would recommend his services without shadow of the doubt.
Old boiler and hot water tank replaced with a Worcester-Bosh Combi. Scott was pleasant and professional, went the extra mile with set-up, clean-up and explaining the system. Pipework is neat and professional. Price to install was significantly cheaper than British Gas. All the parts i saw coming in were genuine Worcester Bosch (filter, flue, etc..) and I was surprised how much was required, lots of new stuff. Boiler has been working great ever since. Well the hot water anyway, the central heating hasnt been on much with the thermostat controls. To the negative reviews below related to timekeeping, we did have to wait some time for an installation slot; but we were not in a rush and the Company must be busy for a good reason.
Scott installed our new combi boiler and thermostat system in September 2018 and for us it was a 2 day hassle-free process. Everything was explained clearly and we were without hot water only for an hour or two. In January we had a problem and Scott arrived, found the problem, and fixed it, all within an hour. Really excellent service.
Very poor service our boiler broke and contacted them via their website and telephone got through to Scott who agreed Tuesday and would txt me the details , the txt never arrived so later that day spoke to Scott again who said he would txt in half an hour on his lunch . This txt also never arrived so contacted them through their website again so on Sunday an older man spoke to me I explained I was waiting for Scott to confirm a time for Tuesday and he said he would speak to Scott directly and get him to confirm a time since then we have heard nothing and no one turned up today so that’s now 7 days with no heating or hot water when we could of gone to a different company which would of be better and more respectful if they had said from the start they couldn’t do it rather than agreeing a day
Excellent service. The problem was well explained to me and I was shown what was being done and why. Good price and a prompt response to our call. We would use this company again.
